Series EE horizontal with longer creepagedimensions
NORWE now is preparing to expand the series of EE/M coilformers horizontal EE 12.6 to EE 25 with longer creepage-dimensions between ferrite and solder-pin.
The design allows automatic winding also on NC winding machines. Special winding noses and also a wire routing provide tension-relief when binding on the wire. The coilformers have distance strips to avoid cold-solder joints into the PCB.

NORWE now is preparing to expand he series of EE/M coilformers vertical EE 12.6 to EE 25 with longer creepagedimensions between ferrite and solder-pin.

EC-coilformers are mostly used for power conversion applications in switched-mode power supplies, dc-dc converters and transductors. We can supply coilformers made in high quality plastics (thermoplasts), matching your production requirements.
The coilformers from size EC 35 to EC 120 with special design are suitable for winding with thick wires, flat wires, round- or profiled litz wires and foils.

The coilformers are suitable for NC winding machines. The pins are Dual-in-line. Binding-on of the wire is axial. The coilformers have plastic "stand-offs" to avoid cold-solder joints into the pcb. Two types of solder-pins can be fitted.
EER coilformers horizontal
This coilformer series is a completely new design from NORWE and features a reduced weight and also a minimized overall height. The EER-coilformers for power conversion are very well suitable for compact windings with low leakage inductance.

PET Skytra 5220 FR natur instead of PET Rynite FR 530 L
For many reasons the supply of Rynite FR 530 L is a major problem and seems to remain unstable in the future. After a long and thorough review, NORWE has decided to switch the ETD, EER and PQ series components to a new standard material - Skytra 5220 FR natural.
Like Rynite, Skytra is a PET plastic and has similar features. From a wall thickness of 0.70 mm, it is a real alternative and reason enough for us to introduce Skytra as a standard material for certain products. Of course, the products can still be ordered in Rynite, but production is only possible if there is a sufficient supply of the material.
