PET rtg natural, PA66 p6g, PA66 A3XG10, PBT pcg, PPS torA504 and special materials on request

RTI Performance

Typical RTI values from +115°C to +155°C depending on selected material and variant

Soldering Resistance

Maximum soldering temperature up to +350°C for 2 seconds for most variants; RM power transformer 45° PPS variant up to +300°C for 2 seconds

Pin & Blade Materials

Tin bronze, tin-plated solder pins and brass, tin-plated solder blades depending on configuration

Design System

RM standard height, RM-LP low profile, linear pin arrangements, linear solder blade arrangements and 45° power transformer versions

Special Materials

Radiation cross-linked thermoplastics are recommended for high-temperature soldering processes and are available on request
