Snap-on Caps for SMD Coilformers

The spring-action Snap-on Cap allows a more advantageous and quick assembly of the SMD-coilformers with the cores in their correct positioning. The caps have openings at the sides which allows additional glueing. They have a smooth top and can be used for Pick and Place.

The snap-on caps are made in gfr Polyamide of Type eg7 (RTI long-range temperature +120°C). Special materials - e.g. irradiated cross-linked - and designs on request. Dimensions in mm.

UNI Safety Class EJ Coilformers

This design specially features solid press-fit solder-pins to achieve an optimized pinning automation. Reinforcing ribs to the core stabilize the terminal strips also if thicker wires are used. The choice of using press-fit solder-tags allows wrapping thick or litz wires. The coilformers are suitable for automatic winding.

The special design allows crossing-free routing of the wires. Due to the design of the terminal strips, being separated from the main flanges, as well as with an optional set of accessories consisting of shroud/insulting bridge safety class requirements are achieved without potting. In addition special designs, e.g. with asymmetrical partitioning of the winding space, can be realized in a cost-effective and efficient way.

Clips for EE/M-International Ferrite Cores

The practical clips are a real alternative to the conventional glueing methods in connecting ferrite core halves. The steel clips can be assembled in an easy and advantageous way and are solidly holding together the ferrite core halves.

The clip is surrounding the ferrite core, the pressure is almost constant even when the operating temperature is varying. Regarding the clip sizes NORWE orientates to the national and international standards - depending on the ferrite core dimensions for the Europeen, American or Japanese Market.
