The components of the EJ and UJ coilformer-series are especially designed for applications in small transformers. We supply coilformers in high quality thermoplastics, matching your production requirements.

Our extensive range of modular tooling allows almost unlimited constructional changes, to customers specification, often by simple changes of tool inserts. In addition, our modular tooling system allows short tooling times and is also cost effective.

Fully tagged or pinned coilformers – in small quantities – are usually available at short lead-times from stock.

All dimensions in mm. The permissible deviations according to DIN 16901 apply as tolerances. Should you need further assistance or advice, please contact us.

EI,UI Coilformers Horizontal

The coilformers are made in gfr Polyamide PA66 of type p6g (RTI long-range temperature +125°C). Pin material is tin bronze, tinned or brass, tinned for tags. Maximum solder temperature 350°C, 2sec. Special materials - e.g. irradiated cross-linked - and designs on request, dimensions in mm/inch.

Due to their designs with different connection systems (press-fit pins, bent over pins, solder-tags, etc.) the coilformer-versions allow radial as well as axial binding on of the wires, matching your individual fields of application.
